In this role, you will be at the heart of our sales operations, helping to improve sales efficiency and generate new business opportunities through data insights. Working closely with regional sales managers, you will support strategy development, monitor key sales performance metrics, and provide valuable recommendations to enhance sales processes.

  • Collaborate with regional sales managers to refine and optimize sales strategies using data insights.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, offering data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency.
  • Extract, consolidate, and analyze sales data from multiple sources to identify trends and business opportunities.
  • Create and maintain sales reports and dashboards, contributing to a data-driven sales culture.
  • Participate in data capability projects and work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and analytics.

We are looking for an experienced and proactive data analyst who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent collaboration abilities are essential for success in this role.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics) and sales automation tools.
  • Ability to work independently with a focus on accuracy, quality, and data security.
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Experience working in an international matrix organization.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.

You will be part of Lindström’s Central and Western Europe region, covering the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, Sweden, and the UK. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with colleagues across sales, marketing, and the Data & Analytics team.
